This was my last week at Coke. Sad. Excited. Sad. Excited. Yup, still in that roller coaster of emotions. I had lunch with colleagues. I was supposed to have lunch with different people each day, but I only got to do 3 lunches. Thankful just the same. I am grateful for the outpouring of love and well wishes. I am grateful for the seven wonderful years I had at Coke. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with some of the best people in the industry. I am grateful to be blessed with a great team. I will miss everyone and everything about Coke.

I am also grateful that our house had been spared from the terrible flooding that hit Metro Manila and nearby provinces. A lot of families had been displaced, or lost their homes for good. I pray that the Lord will provide for their needs. I pray for people to recover quickly from this disaster. And I pray for wisdom among the government bodies to address the long term flooding problems. And I remain grateful for God’s faithfulness to us despite the storms.
On a lighter note, Ariel and I got to hang out with my college friends later this week. We had dinner and dessert. Announcements were made, including my resignation from Coke and the new exciting journey that awaits me. I am grateful for old friends and the great things happening in our lives. God is good!
