Well, we don’t really have a Thanksgiving celebration in the Philippines. In fact, yesterday, I spent 14 hours at work. It doesn’t matter though, since it’s been almost a year since I started posting my gratitude list weekly. And it really helped develop in me a sense of gratitude in every circumstance. Afterall, the Bible tells us to give thanks in everything.
So, this week, I am grateful for another opportunity to shoot a newborn. Ariel assisted me and it was a very pleasant shoot. I am thankful that Zhac is a very cooperative baby. We didn’t have a hard time at all.

I am also grateful for the free photography class in the office. We just had our 5th session and it was wonderful. I really don’t consider myself a beginner but I am still learning a lot from the class. My younger brother celebrated his birthday last Saturday. We had a simple celebration at their home. He made pasta – he’s learned to cook in recent months, and I must say, he does it very well. I am grateful for his life – a shining example of humility, grace, and service to God. I pray that the Lord will give him a long joyful life and abundant blessings, beyond what he can imagine. Happy weekend!
