…since my last post. It’s not that I haven’t been scrapping. I just wasn’t taking photos of my work lately. Anyway, just want to share the latest addition to my stamp collection. These are all from Penny Black, and I love them. I like that the images are colored, unlike all my other stamps which are just black. Don’t they look great on display?

I made a birthday card for my dad using the owl stamp. I stamped on white cardstock using brown ink and extended the branch using a pen. Then I colored using Copic Markers and cut out the stamped image. The card was embossed using Cuttlebug embossing folder. I also distressed the card using Ranger Distress Inks. 

I glued the stamped owl on the card and used foam adhesive on the owl body to add dimension.
